Terms and Conditions of Use

Bonova is an electronic voucher platform developed and operated by Bynovate Technology. All legal correspondence must be addressed to the headquarters.

The use of the Bonova application implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms of use.

Effective date: December 2025

Bynovate Technology reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Bonova services are provided "as is" without guarantee of permanent availability.

Bynovate Technology does not guarantee:

• 24/7 availability
• Absence of technical interruptions
• Absence of bugs or errors

Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, force majeure or technical problems, without notice or compensation.

All content of the Bonova application is the exclusive property of Bynovate Technology:

• Source code and technical architecture
• Logos, designs and user interface
• Database and algorithms
• BNV blockchain technology
• "Bonova" brand and derivatives

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Hack, pirate or compromise security
• Perform automated scraping or data mining
• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute services without authorization
• Create fake accounts or impersonate identity

Bynovate Technology excludes all liability for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses
• Data loss or corruption
• Bugs, errors or malfunctions
• Inappropriate use by users

Maximum liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user. The user uses the application at their own risk.

PACKAGE RECEPTION:

• The user must be present at the indicated address during delivery
• In case of absence, two options are available:
  • Pick up the package at the designated collection point
  • Pay additional fees for a new delivery

PACKAGE CONDITION:

• The user must NEVER accept an opened package or one with a broken seal
• In case of damaged package, refuse delivery and contact support immediately
• Take photos as evidence if necessary

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• NEVER share your PIN code with anyone, including Bonova staff
• Immediately report any suspicious use
• Not share their credentials

Bynovate Technology may suspend or delete an account without justification, in case of violation of terms or suspicious activity.

Data processing compliant with GDPR and local laws.

Processing purposes:

• Application operation
• Security and fraud prevention
• Anonymized usage statistics
• Marketing communications (with consent)

User rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability.

Payment methods accepted according to partners. Prices displayed in real time, all taxes included.

Refund policy:

• Electronic vouchers: non-refundable except proven technical defect
• Service fees: non-refundable

Payment default = Immediate suspension of services.

Bynovate Technology is released from all liability in case of:

• Natural disasters
• Server or infrastructure failures
• Cyberattacks or external hacking
• Armed conflicts or political unrest
• New crypto/fintech regulations
• Cryptocurrency volatility (BNV)

These events may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.

In case of non-compliance with these terms:

• Formal warning
• Temporary account suspension
• Immediate termination without notice
• Permanent data deletion
• Legal action for damages

Sanctions are applied according to the severity of the violation.

Applicable law: Dominican Republic

Competent court: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

For users outside the Dominican Republic:

• Mandatory prior mediation
• International arbitration if mediation fails
